This year’s farmers’ almanac forecast for the pacific northwest, which includes idaho, oregon and washington, calls for seasonably cold and wet weather. In fact, they’re not waiting for the return of pumpkin spice, scarves and changing leaves to make a prediction about what this winter will look like.
